Inspired by Michelle Frances' novel of the same title, the series centers on Laura, a woman who appears to lead an ideal life: a successful career, a supportive husband, and her beloved son, Daniel. However, her seemingly flawless existence starts to fall apart when Daniel introduces Cherry, a girlfriend who transforms everything. Following a strained meeting, Laura grows suspicious that Cherry is concealing something. Is she a cunning social climber, or is Laura merely being overly cautious? The reality depends on one's viewpoint.
